Shipping policy

We carefully prepare your order and ship it as soon as possible after receiving your payment. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days, provided the product is in stock. During busy periods, delivery may take slightly longer. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a track & trace code by email (please also check your spam folder).

All prices exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery address. We offer free shipping on orders over €100 for deliveries within Belgium and the Netherlands. Please always check that your email address and delivery address are entered correctly when placing your order, as changes to the address are no longer possible afterwards.

Not Delivered?

Does your tracking show your package as delivered, but you haven’t received it yet? It might be waiting next door with your neighbors. If it’s not there either, the courier may still deliver it later that day. If you still haven’t received your package by then, please contact us at info@theconceptantwerp.com with the subject line:
NOT DELIVERED PACKAGE – ORDER NUMBER.

In your email, please include your order number, full name, delivery address, and track & trace code so we can investigate the issue with the courier as quickly as possible.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by the courier, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving the situation.
