Return Policy
RETURNS
We offer a return period of 14 days. This means your return must be delivered to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns received after this period will unfortunately not be accepted and are not eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in their original packaging and with original tags attached. Items with makeup stains, perfume scents, signs of washing or any other signs of wear will not be accepted.
Returns can only be sent to our return address: Terbekehofdreef 46/48, 2610 Antwerp. Shipping to a pick-up point is not permitted. Returns that are not accepted and that the customer wishes to receive back will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting your return, we offer two refund options, which will be processed within 14 business days.
If you choose a refund to your original payment method, the amount will always be refunded to the same payment method used for the original order.
If you choose store credit, the return amount will be issued as a voucher that can be used on a future order. This voucher is valid for 1 year. As an extra benefit, you will receive €5 extra on top of the return amount — a great way to help offset your return shipping costs.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Did something go wrong with your order, or did you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item? Our apologies for the inconvenience. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you properly.
Do not use or treat the item without our instructions, and do not return damaged or incorrect items without prior notification. If our warehouse identifies damage or defects that were not reported in advance, this damage will be attributed to the customer who returned the item. If a returned item shows signs of wear, it will automatically be sent back to the customer.

In your email, please mention your order number, the item concerned and attach clear photos of the product. This allows our customer service team to assess the item correctly and find the best solution together with you.
LOST OR DAMAGED RETURN SHIPMENTS
The Concept is not liable for loss, damage or theft during the return shipment. We are responsible for the product until the moment the order is received by the customer. From the moment a return shipment is sent, it is outside of our responsibility. Any loss or damage during return shipping is therefore at the customer’s own risk and expense.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please note: If you placed an order with free shipping and later return part of your order, causing the total order value to fall below the applicable free shipping threshold, standard shipping costs will still be charged.
This policy is intended to prevent ordering multiple sizes or duplicate items to reach the free shipping threshold, followed by returning a large part of the order. In this way, we aim to reduce unnecessary shipments and returns and keep our service fair and sustainable for all customers.
