Products are sold online and may have limited availability. We do our best to display product information accurately (including images and colors), but we cannot guarantee that your screen will show colors exactly as they appear in real life.

PRICES & PAYMENT

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the website and may vary depending on your location. If applicable, taxes and duties are shown at checkout. Shipping costs are not included in product prices and are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices and product information at any time. The price shown at the time of purchase is the price that applies to your order.

Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store full payment details. Please note that your bank or card provider may apply additional fees or use a different exchange rate for currency conversions.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This email does not automatically guarantee availability.

If we cannot accept or fulfil your order (for example due to stock issues or payment problems), we will contact you and refund any payment already made using the original payment method.

 

DELIVERY

We ship across Europe. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination and busy periods. Shipping costs and free shipping thresholds are shown on our Shipping Rates page and at checkout.

Please check your email address and delivery details carefully. Once an order is placed, changes to the delivery address may not be possible.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns, refunds and store credit are handled according to our Return Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions stated in that policy.
