shipping policy

We carefully prepare your order and ship it as soon as possible after receiving your payment. The estimated delivery time depends on the destination country. During busy periods, delivery may take a little longer. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a track & trace code by email (don’t forget to check your spam folder).

All prices exclude shipping costs. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery address. We offer free shipping on orders over €75 for deliveries to BE, over € 85 for NL, DE & LU, over €100 for FR. Please make sure to double-check your email address and delivery details when placing your order, as changes cannot be made afterwards.

Has your package been marked as delivered but you haven’t received it yet? It might be waiting for you with a neighbour. If it’s not there either, the courier may still arrive later that day. If you still haven’t received your package by then, please contact us at info@theconceptantwerp.com  with the subject UNDELIVERED PACKAGE – ORDER NUMBER.
